Drawings for Free Kat Barrell Experiences

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 

Kat Barrell is offering a limited number of free Group and Gaming calls (“Experiences”) to Earpers who have never met her before. Earp Curse Con will conduct random drawings (“Drawing”) for the opportunity. 

By entering the Drawing for the opportunity, you are expressly agreeing to these terms and conditions. 

 

General Information: 

  • There is no cost to enter a Drawing.  
  • The free Kat Barrell Experiences are available only to individuals who have never met Kat and who would not otherwise have an opportunity to meet Kat, including at any other in-person or virtual convention.  
  • You may enter only once. 
  • Any experience obtained through this Drawing is for your own use only and is non-transferrable. You may not enter a Drawing for another attendee.   
  • When you enter the Drawings, you will be required to indicate your order of preference for the Group or Gaming call, identifying which is your first and second choice.  
  • The Drawing will have only one round. 
  • Individuals selected in the Drawing to receive a free call will be notified at the email address provided at the time of registration. 

    You may only enter this Drawing once. Duplicate entries or any attempt to circumvent this process will result in disqualification. 

     

    Eligibility 

    The Drawing for a free Kat Barrell Experience is open only to individuals who: 1) have never met Kat; and 2) do not have a reasonable opportunity to meet her, including at any in-person or virtual con. 

    Your entry in the Drawing is a representation that you meet the eligibility conditions. 

    We reserve the right to verify your eligibility for a Free Experience, including by comparing entries to our database of past purchases. We further reserve the right to cancel any virtual ticket obtained by an individual who is found to have misrepresented their eligibility. 

     

    If you are selected: 

    If you are randomly selected in the Drawing, you will be notified via email to "purchase" the free call. 

    If you fail to complete your $0 purchase of the Experience within the designated window, you will be deemed to have forfeited the opportunity to purchase any free Experience. 

    We are not responsible for any lost or misdirected emails. It is your responsibility to make sure the email address you provided is accurate and able to receive emails from us. Please add info@earpcursecon.com to your safe senders list to reduce the risk of the emails being directed to your spam or junk folder.  

     

    All Sales Final / Experiences Non-transferrable:  

    All sales are final and there are no refunds for Experiences.  

    Free Kat Barrell Experiences are for your own use only and are non-transferrable.

     

    Additional Terms 

    Your chances of being selected for a free Experience are based on the number of slots available and the number of entries received. 

    ALL ENTRIES ARE FINAL.  

    By entering the Drawing, you agree to release and hold harmless the convention's organizer, its members, officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability for injury, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the drawing and Earp Curse Con. 

     

    The free Kat Barrell Experiences are subject to the Earp Curse Con Virtual Ticket Terms.
