Additional Rules for Group and Gaming Calls
Additional Rules
Please remember that you are not the only person in the room. Be courteous and allow everyone a chance to speak with the guest.
You may utilize the “raise hand” function in order to ensure that the group call is running smoothly and not talk over each other.
For Group and Gaming Calls, attendees must be in the waiting room 15 minutes prior to the start of the call.
You can only have one person per Zoom user per purchase in a group/gaming call. This will be strictly enforced for group/gaming calls due to the large numbers of attendees in the call already.
How to use the “raise hand” function?
Hover over your Zoom window after you are in a meeting, look for “Participants," and click on it.
Depending on your Zoom, you may have the raise hand button there already. If so, click on the “raise hand” button.
Or you may need to click the “…” to find it.
After you click on "raise hand", your name in participants should show a blue raised hand.
If you change your mind, you can lower your hand.
